Bucket elevators
The bucket elevators are made up of a driving head, a drive an auxiliary power unit, a tension head , chain or textile or metal belt, buckets, normal boxes, a mounting box, and elements of control and safety.

They are used for vertical transport of solid materials of different characteristics. There are two types:
- Belt Bucket Elevators: Through a textile or metallic belt they lift materials with a temperature up to 120 ° C and a particle size up to 30 mm. The maximum lifting height is 150 meters.
- Chain Bucket Elevators: With one or two chains, they lift materials with a temperature up to 300 ° C and a particle size up to 100 mm. The maximum lifting height is less than 100 meters.

Belt Conveyor
Belt conveyors are a safe and economical means of transportation for many materials. Any material can be transported in bulk such as clinker, cement, cok, gypsum, limestone, etc.

The main feature of this machine is that it can cover all kind of capacities by choosing among a variety of belt widths and transport speeds, as well as a great adaptation to the ground since it is possible to obtain concave and convex radius.

Belt Conveyors are composed mainly of a driving head, a tension head or return head, a frame, portant idlers, return idlers, self centering idlers, belt, protections, control and safety elements.

Pan Conveyors
They are used for horizontal and sloping transport of bulk solids with temperatures up to 250 ° C and with a grain size of 0-200mm. They are prepared for highly abrasive materials.

The maximum inclination of these transporters is 60 °, installing a dragging bottom at 28°.
Pan conveyor consist of a driving head, a tensor head, a chain set, trays, wheels, rails, protections, and control and safety elements.

Chain conveyor
They are used for horizontal and sloping transport of bulk solids like clinker, cement, cok, gypsum, limestone, etc. These machines prepared to transport materials with high temperature and abrasive.

Chain conveyor are totally enclosed robust machines. The chain, together with its blades, drags the material from the bottom, allowing to unload it at different points.
Chain conveyors consist of a driving head, a tensor head, boxes, guides, intermediate bottom, a drag chain, drag scrapers and control and safety elements.

Air slides
Air slides are a safe and economical way of transport in a downward direction and it can transport any powdered material such as cement, ash, gypsum powder, etc.

The main feature of this machine is that it can perform discharges at different points by coupling its shutoff valves and direction deviation valves, being able to distribute the product in different silos or warehouses.

Air slides are composed of two chambers separated by a porous air slide fabric. On the upper chamber the fluidized material slides above the lower chamber which is pressured by a piping system.

Screw Conveyor
The screw conveyor is an effective and reliable means of transport used for a process of extraction, dosing and transportation of many powdered or granular products .

The screw conveyor is composed of driving support, casing (tubular or U-shaped), conveyor cover, screw flights and pipe, inspection door, control and safety elements.

Pneumatic Conveying
Pneumatic Conveying is the transfer of solid or powdered materials, enclosed in a pipe by air flow. The transportation can be done by impulsion or by pneumatic suction. They are classified into dense phase, when the amount of material is large, and dilute phase, when the product is very much diluted in the pipeline.

Dosing

Crushing machine
This crushing is designed to reduce the particle size of urban solid waste to a size that can be transported by pneumatic conveying to the cement furnaces, main burner and precalciner. It can reach a capacity of 20 tons / hour.

The crushing is composed of chassis, set of drums with blades, set of hydraulic pusher, direct drive system (motor + transmission), lubrication system of support drums, protections, control and safety elements.
Feeders
- Belt feeders:

Belt feeders are an effective means of transport used for extraction processes and dosing of hoppers and silos. Adjusting the extraction speed according to the weighing station it regulates the speed so as to achieve the desired capacity.

Belt feeders are composed of a driving head, a tensor head, a frame, portant idlers, return idlers, self centering idlers, weighing station, a conveyor belt, a flow regulating system, protections control and safety elements.

- Apron feeders:

The apron feeders are an effective and robust means of transport used for extraction process, dosing hoppers and silos for materials such as clinker and limestone.

The main feature of this machine is that it can cover high extraction capacity with a width of the transporter up to 2 meters.

The apron feeder is composed of a driving head, a tensor head, a frame, transport chain and trays, a flow regulating system, protections, control and safety elements.

Extraction from the silos
- Extraction of clinker:

It is done by the closure of the shell which regulates the extraction according to the opening level of that shell. They are positioned at the bottom of the silo under each discharge port. The amount depends on the size of the silo and the ability to extract.

The closure shell is composed of: locking rod, metal body with loading and unloading port, inner shell, motor drive and opening degree detectors

- Extraction of cement:

Cement in silos is extracted by fluidizing the bottom of the silo with small air slides boxes using a cyclone system blower. In this way, cement is channeled towards the departure ports with its corresponding slide gate manual valve and the lump crusher. The outputs are directed to a central fluidized hopper that collects the final product by choosing the option of unloading it into a airslide or a bulk chargue.
